Holistic suggests complete and whole, which means that in the process of human development, this approach involves our whole being whether it’s body, mind or spirit.
Everything that I encounter in life I approach with a holistic perspective. Because I see myself not as many parts living in unison but as one whole that is made up of many parts.
When I caught Covid in early May, the worst of the media frenzy was already over.
I had chosen, early on not to be vaccinated, simply because the modern medical system doesn’t align with my values. I am not registered with a GP. I don’t have medical insurance. I take full responsibility for my day-to-day health. I always have. I’ve been to doctors a handful of times. Three of those prescribed me antibiotics for stomach infections caught in developing countries.
