Hold your life as precious.
Be discriminating, discerning, critical, exacting, demanding, particular, fussy, fastidious, careful, cautious and picky with whom you allow into your life.
And if…
If someone is disrupting your peace or showing signs of disrespect, bless them, and release them back into the world.
You deserve pure connections.

The past few years exposed us to an outlook on ourselves, our relationships, and the absence of some of them, which is rare. We experienced ourselves separate from loved ones and closer to those who were able to hold us without buckling when we were reeling from the disarmament and uncertainty the rapid changes in our world served us with.
Some of us have had conversations to atone relationships. Others have left relationships go, by way of long silences.
Most of us allowed our circles to grow tighter and kinder, weeding out those that brought disharmony and discontent into our lives when we were already like an elastic band pulled too tight, ready to snap.
We have allowed what needed to end, to end.
A journaling question to close.
