Books we’ve read the kids the night before.

How do you like your mornings to feel?

Slow and not rushed; I like to get up an hour before everyone else in the house and have a lemon water.

Tomato soup.

Something you’ve stopped doing and don’t miss?

Running.

What are you working on that excites you right now?

An event for creatives to film content at a gorgeous colour-inspired content playground based in Brighton and Hove.

How do you know you’re in alignment in your work?

Material success without exhaustion or burnout.
Recognition without proving.
Working less, earning more.
Living comfortably as a Projector in a Generator world.

How do you rest or recharge during the day?

Sometimes sauna and cold dip.
Sometimes a coffee without distraction.
Sometimes just walking the dog without taking my phone with me.

How do you like to end your day?

Writing down one line about something funny or interesting the kids did that day.
