Each course is held in a digital folder as a compressed zip file. You will need to download and expand the zip file on a desktop computer to access the files. You can then keep the lessons on your computer or transfer them to a smartphone - up to you! You will have access to these zip files until the 31st of October 2023 so please make sure you download everything before then.
How to use them:
Start with whichever course you feel most drawn to. We believe in trusting your instincts and following your curiosities. You can always come back to the other courses later. Just keep these files saved somewhere safe, like your desktop computer or on Dropbox / iCloud.
