My pleasure. I love that too, so much! Thank you for your beautiful art and words, and the consistency of them, no matter what’s going on. I sometimes feel like I hold myself back from writing, not knowing where to start because things have been so intense; and when I read your words I feel that we all just want to know that we’re not alone journeying wide awake, and fully alive, through life🪞

ahhh, fully get you. I had been experiencing this most painful, disconnected feeling from late 2021 until really literally only a month or two ago (though it started lifting v e r y s l o w l y earlier last year). I felt like a shell of my former self and could not feel my words flow through me in the way that they used to. I had to forcibly write through the pain and disconnect. I am currently reading a beautiful book called 'The Cost Of Living' by Deborah Levy who speaks to this as well. About writing when nothing inside you wants to write, and allowing the act to be a part of the healing balm that pulls you back together.
